The West End Cultural Centre is an informal, up close, community arts facility where you can see a top-notch local and renowned artists or a global act that hasn't become mainstream yet by providing a meeting place for artists and the community.

The West End Cultural Centre (WECC) formed in 1987 when a team of committed volunteers renovated an old church into a community arts facility, primarily for a music venue.

The for non-profit organization promotes Manitoban, Canadian and international artists by fostering artistic development by presenting and encouraging live music and artistic expression.
