born - November 7, 1969 in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Tanya Dubnicoff is a retired track cyclist from Canada, who won a total number of four gold medals at the Pan American Games during her career.
Dubnicoff is a World Champion, a World Cup winner, a Pan Am Champion and multiple World Cup winner.
