L.L. Fitzgerald (artist)
born - March 17, 1890 in Winnipeg, Manitoba
died - August 5, 1956
He studied art in Winnipeg, Pittsburgh and New York City
He taught at the Winnipeg School of Art.
In 1921, he was honoured by putting on a one-man show at the Winnipeg Art Gallery and after that success studied in New York, and then returned to Winnipeg in 1922.
Fitzgerald was a late arrival to the Group of Seven Artists, becoming a Member in 1932.
