Tom Jackson was born on the One Arrow Reserve near Batoche, Saskatchewan. At the age of seven his family to Namao Alberta, until Tom was 14 and they moved to Winnipeg.

At the age of 15 Tom dropped out of high school and lived on the streets of Winnipeg, Manitoba for several years.

Tom Jackson is known for:
